I know an SP who's articulate, cultured, intelligent, perfect in social settings, looks compatible with me in public, is great in bed, and sweet. The pros and cons will be different, depending on both of your expectations and respective moral compasses. Are you a jealous guy? Is she a jealous girl? Are you going to ask her to stop working? Is she going to ask you to stop hobbying? Will you be ok with her work schedule being usually late nights? If she has a bad day, will you be willing to hear her vent? Will she be willing to do the same for you?

The general pros of dating an SP are that you know you're going to be with someone who generally has less hangups about sex. Beyond that, she's like any other girl you may date.

The cons are that this industry is very hard on the psyche. There are many broken people in it, both clients and providers. But then again, there are many broken people everywhere.

Dating is about taking a chance with your heart on someone. It matters little whether they are an SP or not.

I was with a client recently who asked me if I was seeing anyone and said he was interested in dating me. I was totally surprised but asked him if he wouldn't have issues dating an SP. He replied that as long as there was open communication and that her job was considered just that: work, then he didn't see why a guy should have any problem.
