I show them the by-law order that they are supposedly following.

I’m quite impressed that by-law officers (that just sounds funny) went out and handed out fines for failing to comply with COVID protocols. They walked into businesses that are not operating in compliance of anything.

Sexworkers have the right to refuse service if ppe is not worn, if they are not comfortable with certain sex acts and finally if they simply just don’t like you! Bill C36 is on their side not yours. Who are you going to complain to? Who would listen ? For ever sex worker that says “no “for whatever reasons, there is another one who will say “yes” anyway.

I do know of 2 patrons got $880 tickets for not having the masks on properly and one girl mask not covering her mouth and nose. May be the girl at SL got caught with mask not covering her nose and mouth when LE bust opened the door. In that case both the girl and the customer will be ticketed.
