Who do you see at Happy Foot?
I was initially able to get HE , but no luck for almost a year now.

I met an old woman who had RMT at happy foot spa. I had HJ and touched . Was not bad.

Happy Foot at Britannia & Hurontario have ‘additional rooms’ upstairs in the adjacent building. Gotta ask for those rooms. You get a true RMT with a happy ending for a 20$ tip. They keep their RMT gowns on. Massage is 60$ for an hour if you pay cash. Keep you eyes closed and the 80 bucks hits two birds with one stone.

There is another Happy Foot on Hurontario & Eglinton. No apparent extras there. RMT massages at this one are real good though.

I checked the Steeles Warden RMT website. There's 7 Asian women there. A couple of them aren't bad looking.

For sure not legit. RMT can not give any extra. They will lost their license. I heard some one who have RMT name called sar ?I forgot her name ‘ Sar? Something. Worked happy good spa. Near heartland. A friend of mine told me.

In years past, I used to submit (and get paid for) RMT receipts to my work insurance company which were from semi-legit places...the price of the massage (which was legitimately good!) was included on the receipt...the HE was not. It was definitely part of one of these scams, as the receipt name was always the same person regardless of who performed the massage.

Not worth the risk now, though...especially with what seems to be increased scrutiny.

Quite a few of RMT ladies own spas. That doesn't really means they are legit spas. Some girls working there might do it when the boss is away or some owners might let them do it discretely. Some might even let their girls do it openly. Most of them just use their license to be able to open a spa. I don't see any problem so long as they don't issue RMT receipts. I think CMTO is more concern about RMT license holders doing it or issuing fraudulent receipts. Complaints from Insurance companies are the ones that caused them lose their licenses. CMTO is now cracking down on a few RMTs selling the receipts for $30-35 bucks a piece. Some semi legit spas are paying some RMT lic holders to sit one or two days at their spas to make it a bit legit.
Some of the RMT I know used to be holistic girls and they bought those RMT certificates a few yrs back for $1,500. I do know of some who could barely speak or write English with RMT licenses. About 10 yrs ago it was so easy to buy RMT cert , not any more. Now CMTO is pushing some of those lic holders to take upgrading courses. The guy at my go to spa was going to school once or twice a week last yr to be able to keep his lic. That's why those who wants to open spas are now buying Osteopathy certificates to open a spa. Osteo cert is still available for a price. Some guys advertising openly in Chinese weChat spa chat group for those certifcates.

I can tell you plain there is a difference between an RMT and having access to someone's number. To get an RMT license is no longer easy and to get access to the exams even moreso.

There's a practical and written exam and those 2nd language candidates must show proficiency in English. Years of abuse has ramped up the policing as well. The CMTO website has a list of blacklisted individuals and spas.

The game is changing. Better just be semilegit or just plain legit and be done with it.

You can purchase a diploma from a Massage school but to get the RMT number the MCQ and OSCI have to be done. After you pass you can apply for the license after showing you've also have your insurance, level 3 background check and vaccinations. Why do all that just you can manage sexwork?
