This is not the dilemma you try to make it out to be. The lady's privacy trumps your "right" to information (as someone here put it).I think Qster put it best about reviews being a balancing act between the right to 'privacy' vs the right to 'information' .
On one end of the spectrum, completely respecting the right to their privacy would mean that no information is ever shared and is only self contained in the information silos that are people's minds. On the other end of the spectrum, going into too all the details would mean a complete and utter violation of their privacy.
One one hand, never sharing any information means people will have a harder time finding what they are looking for, and on the other hand, it could lead to providers not offering those services in the future.
