You generally don't contract both simultaneously. If you have sores on both your face/lips and your johnson, these are different strains of the herpes virus that were likely contracted at different times and lay dormant in different areas of the nervous system. Now, if you engaged in oral sex and intercourse and have sores on both your face and johnson, its most likely genital herpes and future breakouts will only take place on your johnson and not your face.

So you have to decide whether you're going to tell the truth, because claiming to have been infected with both strains simultaneously is not a likely story. As you would have been able to see active sores in the girl's face and genitalia at the time of the session, and if this is the case and you still went through with risky activity, it would be hard to argue against the notion that you got what you deserved.
