There is a place close to Perla and Flirt (on the same street) that the owner was trying to sell but that is a tough spot to compete with arguably the best business out there. Huge initial investment and unless you can get quality girls that will put out, you will have a tough time to stay in business.

Man, this sounds scary. I don't want to go up against Chinese mafia or anything like that. I also don't want to do any underagr human trafficking. Won't the girls come if they get a safe working environment and a cut of the profit? I was thinking to keep my own margins low to begin with.

C' mon. There are only 6-7 spas under my protection. Not all. All I did was placing some white Cobra snakes under the massage tables. It is working out very well.

I saw your post but I already have so many plates in my hands that's why I didn't bother yet till now. It all depends on what kind of spa you are planning to open. Semi legit is the easiest one if you know how to manage well and easier to find good girls. Holistic is a tough market, so many spas every where, girls are hard to control and they will leave if not busy enough. Marketing and location is the key in this business.

BTW..I know a spa for sale. Just came back from their negotiations and they might get the deal done tonight or by tomorrow. If the deal didn't go through, I will let you know.

Thanks KJ. That's what I was thinking when I heard about organised gangs. I know that RCMP has been cracking down MP'S & SP'S but mostly due to suspicion of human trafficking and underage girls. Is it possible to run a legitimate MP in GTA? I.e. no exploitation of girls and the joint not being run as a ghetto flesh shop. I mean what is so wrong in a regular rub'n'tug?
