I get it, and i know how you feel obviously no Dom is the best so you dont have to do any switching or etc, but this aint a porn scene where the girls go through tests/checks before doing anal etc. lol This is best we can get to a 3 some you can ever find!

Hey man, I'm not telling anyone else to do here. I'm truly happy for anyone that likes that arrangement. Me though, I like the spontenaity of being able to just freely go from one girl to the next. Constantly changing the rubber ruins that for me. So I don't do it. I'm only speaking for myself here.

And as an added note constantly taking off and putting on condoms without proper through washing really isn't much of a solution for keeping fluids separate between the girls. . It keeps Some off sure but there WILL be fluid exchange. And used condoms hurriedly being taken off several times will impart fluids over the glans and very much increase fluid transfer to the man as well.
Honestly, it's better that duo partners know and trust each other's hygeine and health than rely on a method that in the inevitable hurry is prone to enough fluid transfer to cause problems anyway. In short it's annoying and pointless

I am not a holistic spa guy, i usually stick to semi legits... How about you try and tell me lol that way it might convince me to try HAHA. But tbh i never even tried 4 hands in semi before....
