Back at RSS, how did you ever get away with no tipping? I was at RSS 4 times before it closed and I always tip 30 on top of the 100.

Look, I understand tipping is up to the individual but for an asian r&t joint, this new place isn't asking that you tip 60 or 100 like you get at russian places. An extra 20 goes a long way to securing better service for your next visit.
