Ah man, it’s like sound proof down there for one thing. The boss keeps the music low to begin with but just lightly fills the room. As long as Christina keeps her heels off when doing reception lol. It’s generally cooler than upstairs on these warm days but definitely going to need a space heater when cold outside.
