A couple of weeks into April now and it appears the initial Chicken Little panic the sky has obviously not fallen. The spas with the Zoning issues at 155 and 165 seem to have closed (correct me if I am wrong) and some places were slow to start the month, but things seem relatively back to normal. Some girls have moved to other shops outside of RH, a few permanently a few for a time then returning to their usual shops.

Bellagio's promoter is touting they are busier than ever noting nearby closures and advertising reticence by other spas. Even if we take his claims with a grain of salt, this seems to be playing out fairly slower than was feared and hobbyist's haven't reported any issues as customers during their visits.

Enforcement of bylaws often moves slower than the enforcement of criminal laws.

If this was a criminal situation LE would conduct multiple raids simultaneously after collecting enough evidence. In this case I have a feeling that the city is still trying to get their ducks in a row before any further action is taken.
