Booked a 3:30pm with Chanel today and came in from Oakville. Time of booking was 2:45pm for 3:30 same day.
Found the place underneath some condos and retail units only to find out my booking was all for naught as they booked her with someone else with NO reservations. My ultimate pet peeve. My time, like anyone’s, is super valuable.
They lady at the reception apologized and asked if I could take Susu at a $10 discount. If I wanted for a discount, I would’ve asked! I bill my clients $400 CAD per hour minimum and a I’m sorry here’s $10 off even for Chanel at 4pm just ain’t cutting it. Not saying Chanel was good nor bad but scratch this place off the list of patronage.
Never will I be interested nor come back to this place. Time is everything and this place doesn’t care for yours.

Thanks, for some reason these ad posts regarding Chanel piqued my interest and was searching for info with nothing substantial found. Based on Mouthfool's time being wasted, this spa will not be taking my time either.

but isn't that why we call to make an appointment? what's the use of making an appointment if a walk-in comes and scoops the appointment right from under you?
I've noticed that when you call to book, they never take a name or number, so if you happen to walk-in and the one you want asks if you made an appointment, just say yes and she's all yours.
there should be some kind of confirmation between the two, like a unique number or something. if you're like 5mins late and you don't confirm your lateness, then you lose your reservation, she still needs to make money, otherwise she should respect the appointment before walk-in.
