Yup. Waited 1.5 hours. Door locked, open sign off and no answer of the phone. I live downtown and drove up there because I really wanted to see her. But.... never again. Lost my business definitely.

Same thing happened to me on Saturday ,it would seem this spa has problems with their staff,the only reliable girl seems to be the girl Annie.

Hey they said good morning you would think they could post a schedule early so poeple can plan ahead I know Krayjree has his spas schedules up early and Golden Lotus is always posted by 9am.Pretty poor business planning.

They posted the schedule yesterday around 11 and I drove an hour there and they were closed. So... posting a schedule doesn't seem to actually mean anything. Roll the dice I guess

I have seen Annie many times she is great but they don't seem to be able to post early for poeple to know.they snooze they loose

they only take appointments at the moment. it is better to call ahead and book one to avoid waiting and disappointment.

I know Michelle has another spa but it is in the Gta so closed at the moment.i know she is usually there in the afternoon but I tend to prefer early appointments.not the end of the world as there are lots of options near there.

True. There’s also no point in posting if the girl didn’t show up or late...they need ppl to do their daily operation properly.

Annie is great, if she’s alone with me (usually early weekdays morning), she always lock the door, not answering the phone. Gave full attention to me only.

@Bigusdickus in your case on Sat., Annie probably the only one working at the time I guess

...someone anywhere can answer damn phone, check sched, send girls txt msgs... could do like 20 spas @ once FFS.... ☎

Many spa mgrs take care of phone ... Candy spa, get on this, its obv business getting lost...

No I txtd Annie she was working Sunday off Saturday.like u said before not the end of the world.but I did call a few times at different times and left a message but no response.icalled Sunday and spoke with the owner.
