Worst experience at Anna Relax Spa in Scarborough

Just had one of the worst sessions of my life at anna relax spa. I saw they advertised a korean girl Apple and I love koreans so I decided to take a plunge. I called them twice and nobody answered. When I showed up I was greeted by Priya an Indian girl working there. To my displeasure she said that Apple had gone home for the day. Reluctantly I asked if Tina the Vietnamese girl was available. She hesitated and finally relented and brought her in. I only had $100 cash on me. She said $120 which was fair and since I didn't have the extra $20 I went to find an ATM. Couldn't find an ATM so I came back and paid $20 via card and the rest with cash. When I came back Priya brought me into a room and said Tina will be with you shortly. I handed Priya the cash (BIG MISTAKE) and she left the room. I was expecting Tina to open the door but to my surprise Priya came in and said to get undressed. I stated I thought I was going to see Tina. She said "Oh Tina went home because we thought you weren't coming back and I thought you wanted to see me". I looked at her with disbelief and said no I specifically said I wanted Tina and you just said Tina would see me. Then she lies to me again saying she's with another customer. I protest and she leaves the room to speak with the "manager". I can hear her speaking with someone in the other room. All I hear is a "No! No!" She comes back saying that the manager won't let me wait for Tina to finish her session. I don't know if that's Tina saying no or if it's actually the manager. Priya is also like "you need to be clear. Don't hand money to the girl you don't want to see". At this point I'm pissed and realize I'm not getting my money back. I end up doing the session because I'm like fuck it. Session was so bad as she was a pretty big gal and she tried to rush me. Massage was ok but still mediocre. Overall I was very unsatisfied and on the way out she barely spoke a word to me because she knows I was pissed. If the owner is reading this then I'd be open to speaking to make this right. For now I'd recommend avoiding this place as they just scam and lie with their customers. I've had a good experience with Lina previously so I'm willing to see another girl at this spa but they'd have to make things right with me before I spend another dime here.

TL;DR - Priya one of the girls (manager?) at this spa lied to me and scammed me by bait and switch.

Never hand the money to the girls you don't want to see. Just wait for the one you want and hand it to her. If she persist you give her the money, then just walk out. Well, lessons learned.
