That's too bad. Two Latin brunettes gone from Allure. The only criticism I have of this place is their lack of variety. There's plenty of blondes, but for guys who prefer dark hair, there's few options. If this place had a little more variety ..... as in Indian, Middle Eastern, Oriental, I wouldn't need to go to SRM at all.

Please do not spread nasty rumours about Daniella or Sarah due to the fact that I have gotten the proper information from Daniella. Daniella is Officially Retire from the Business. Again I would like to wish her all the best in what she has decided to do with her future.

What is the difference... retired?... forced to retire?... who cares? The facts are the facts. Both sisters retire at the same time leads one to believe my source (another MPA from BP) that a quick retirement was necesary.

Daniella has retired from the business. She had given us several months notice and she personally informed her regular clients of her upcoming departure. Sarah was on vacation and will be returning as of next week.

I think we all need to take member's comments a little lighter and not be so quick to believe every little rumor we hear. It's silly to suggest that Daniella and Sarah were deported simply because they are both absent on the same week and lets not forget to always consider our sources especially when it's coming from another MPA.

It's true we have many blondes but we are simply catering to our clients preferences. That said, I should point out that about half of our staff are brunettes. Isabella, Ava, Shakira, Sydney, Andrea, Raquel, Sarah, Rebecca, Kyla, Joey, and Lena (formerly Vanessa HFH, now a brunette).

I would love to hire beautiful Indian, ME, and Oriental women. As a matter of fact if you know any beautiful ethnic girls please send them my way. I don't go out recruiting girls so I can only hire those who take the time and effort to contact me and arrange an interview and of those maybe 1 out of 5 show up and of those maybe one has what we're looking for and the chances of that girl being a gorgeous ethnic girl are usually not that great.

Unfortunately, there aren't that many Indian MPA's working at any given time.

The ones who are tend to be loyal to their current employers.

Another thing you should know is that the well known spas become victims of their own success. A couple of Indian MPA's have told me they were AFRAID to work at places like HFH. They thought they wouldn't make any money having to 'compete' with Pamela Anderson lookalikes.

ALL of the current Indian MPA's (that I've met) are down to earth and friendly... I can't think of ONE Prima Donna, even the prettiest girl

That may have been true in Woodbridge, but not so in Brampton. HFH Woodbridge was left with little choice but to cater to the clientelle that came there. I think in our new Brampton location, they would do well. I could also understand them doing well at Allure. Also, I'm sure that if myself or Allure didn't think a lady would do well at our place, we wouldn't hire her or we would tell her that. It's a two way street. But imho and I didn't intend on hijacking this thread, so my humble apologies to Allure.

No need to apologize. It's nice to hear from someone who can appreciate things from my perspective.
I too have heard comments from girls who have been apprehensive about coming to Allure, in fact I was one of those girls mysellf back in the day. Now we're going back a decade or so but I remember hearing about all the gorgeous blonde, barbie lookalikes working there at the time but I made the leap anyway. It takes confidence to work at any top spas so I quess having the confidence to apply is the first step.
