Was this a legit massage parlor or a "sexy" one?

So I was walking around in Singapore and went into a little mall. In this mall, there were many massage parlor shops with pretty girls (some dressed kind of skanky) that would wave at me (as well as other stores that sold, for instance, suits). Do places like that offer legitimate, spa-like massages (like you would get in a hotel spa) and the skanky dress is just for marketing, or do they offer sleazy services as well? How do you tell the difference?

If you go to a massage parlor in Singapore, you may wake up with a kidney missing.

You just have to assume that those with skanky dress offers HJ, BJ or FJs. Same as those you see with posters of bare chested men which is a gay joint. Stick to those with decent uniforms for the 'legit' massage.
