WARREN, Ohio - The owner of Warren massage parlor plans to appeal the suspension of its businesses license.
The city's health board handed down a 90 day license suspension to the Sunny Spa on Market Street.
The city claims that a spa violated health rules when an inspector caught an employee in a shower with a customer.
If the suspension stands, the spa could be closed through June.
