Train from Singapore sentral station to Kuala Lumpur?

I have few questions please, if any one could get me a convenient answer!

1. The train that goes from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, does it stops over at Johor bahru for Immigration purpose?
2, If so, until the immigration is done, will the train wait for the passengers? Or is their a specific time that the train will stop at Johor Bahru or at any other stations for Immigration?
3. Moreover the time table given is not clear to understand in the websites. Please reply me. Thanks.

Which one is better, Train or bus? If one travelling by train he could enjoy looking all the scenery while the train is running and is comfortable. Then if by bus may be he get tired or what? Get me your experience both in Train and in bus. Which one you prefer the best?
