Thumbs down to Utopia and a sorry to Sydney

I was hoping I can write a nice review of the lovely Sydney upon her return. Instead Utopia screwed up the appointment after I spend an hour in the car getting there. As much as I enjoy Sydney's massage skill and company I am hard press to go back to a spa where the reception is manned by numb skulls. With that said Sydney I wish you an enjoyable stay. To top it off I have a suspicion I got bumped.I booked for 30 min at 9 and the other guy booked for 9 for an hour as well. Since Sydney finish at 10 in the spa's point of view it is their best interest to take the hour booking vs my 30 min. Well thank you for wasting my time and saving my money - except for gas , in return I am giving you some free press.

Here's an idea, give the money you saved today to an MPA that actually re-invests the money locally.

Hey Dococt,

Sorry to hear about your experience last night. Just to set the record straight this is what happened.

I arrived at work on Tuesday morning and noticed a 9pm appointment, I wrote it at the bottom of the board, and shortly thereafter someone added a 7pm underneath it. Then you called and the girl you spoke to looked at the bottom saw the 7pm and thought that was my last appointment for the day, and hence booked you in for 9pm. The mistake was picked up as soon as you hung up and unfortunately there was no way to reach you to tell you otherwise.

As it turned out with the accident at Pearson all the appointments got a bit screwy and people were running late. When you arrived I was just about to finish a session and as it was I came out by 9pm. By 9.10pm my first 9pm appoinment called to cancel.

It is unfortunate that you were not asked to wait to see if he would turn up, its just that he was first to book and therefore had the right to stay, it was unforseen that he would later cancel.

My apologies once again for this stuff up!

Sydney...By no means I am angry at you.
(My correction on the spa getting greedy)
However I am still pissed off with the spa you work for. Beside what I posted earlier. By no means she even tried to offer a "fake" apologized or offer other option... The attitude was "Well too bad for you I F*&^&*( up." SRM have screwed up couple of my appointments before but Joy and Micron were very nice about it and plus these are situation beyond their control so I am totally cool about it. Ever since Estelle* at IT "accused" of me being late for my appointment I have 0 tolerence for this crap where the appointment got screwed up because the person doesn't know how to do a job.

I booked a 2:15 appointment with Ella. Got the spa at 2:15 on the dot. Told Jenna I am Ella's 2:15 and she took the door fee and let me in. A few minutes later Estelle came out and said my appointment was 2 and not 2:15 (Well since I work for a director who can clearly remember conversation I had with him for over a year - espically numbers - I am pretty damn sure I am careful and remember what comes out of my mouth). I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was my mistake. She told me Ella has an appointment now and I have to wait till 3. 15 minutes later Ella walked out of the girls room into the session. Obviously the client just showed up. As far as I know IT's rule is 15 minutes late then you are SOL. Then I clued in why Jenna didn't say a thing and Estelle came and talked to me after cause Estelle is the one who screwed up! I got up, asked for my money back, left and never looked back since.

BTW Jenna is looking good and yummy but then I have my principle.

Doc, as far as I know Estella usually don't play these games. Probably confusion but it appears you are lumping that incident with the issue at hand.

The anticipation is already at a high level as it is. First, you need rearrange your schedule to fit a MP appointment. At the same time you try to avoid being seen by GF or SO and not leave behind any trace of evidence. You called the Spa again to confirm if MPA

It is different incident but in essence same - someone screwed at with my appointment.



That was several months back. With all this talk on Ella I almost broke down last night but my will was strong
She is a bit softer than her pics but overall if I weren't pissed that time I would have settle with her instead.
