The revving of the Kamalala Bike Gangs 125cc engines in the background as you peruse the many Paris style shopping outlets such as Le Billabong or Le Abercrombie le Fitch!

Miles of golden, unspoiled sandy beach which I jog along almost daily, savouring the sand between my toes.

The sight, sounds and smells of the local market held twice a week, filling your nostrils with gastronomic delights such as the roasted frogs, little cockroach things and locusts on sticks.

The "ooooooyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeee You velly hansum maaaaaan" call of the local wild life often makes me smile and apply the brake of my bike and stopping (After checking if it is happy hour of course) a short time while before seeking solitude at the local wat, discussing how we can make Kamalalala a better place to live and asking forgiveness.

Place Kamalalala high on your next visits agenda Bello, you won't be disappointed.

Seeing as the 'other' Mr D has buggered off over the hill to Patong and I am stuck in with a cold, sore throat and Rambo, First blood on the telly, I thought I would make a start on the 'Kamalalala' Thread.

Over time I have sussed that people think this is a sleepy little backwater hick village with loads of thugs on bikes going round causing mayhem..........and they'ed be right...........BUT! There is more to Kamalalala land that just that.

We have devised a top quality map and will review the bars for you as a public service to the Forum. I know, I know, you are just thinking this is an excuse to go out on the lash, drink beer and talk to girlies..........Again, you'd be right.

Anyway, first three bars on the Great Map of Kamalalala is No:1 Lek Bar - No:2 Summer Breeze (I know, very similar isn't it!) and No:3 Maydens Bar.

I'll sign off now to catch the start of Rambo, it's good training for when dealing with the KBG.

Any specific criteria you want us to check then please feel free to let us know.

Lets just consider your busy life, 'oh wednesday is better for me', right because monday you are sleeping all day and snuffling around your apartment all night, and tuesday your sleeping all day and snuffling around your apartment all night and wednesday is different how????? what!! hopefully less snuffling?

No problem I'll just cancel my golf on thursday as explained to you yesterday evening 20 minutes before you posted, no problems I'll change all the food deliveries that are backing up all the way down the hills, have to argue with the entertainment that we are not going to pay the cancellation fee but could they still come the following day on the same pre-arranged super discount rate, but absolutely no problems I totally understand how you can only possibly fit this into your busy sleeping stroke snuffling schedule on WEDNESDAY.

So for all those reading (Lil), it is now rearranged and decided that the Lala Tour has been renamed the Denver Birthday Sicapade and will take place on Wednesday K.O Beer Garden 4pm,

Please remember to bring any small cheap presents you have knocking around, suitably wrapped and sealed in cling film for the event.

Yes indeedy! I am still finalising the Map. Went for a snooze instead but............Baan Rim Klong (House in Orchard next to stream Glasshopper) is Bar No:17 (We are still discussing if this falls into the true meaning of a bar or is it a restaurant? Are the girls BFiable?)......And Vienna Bar is No:23.

Those yellow petrol pump signs on the Great Map of Kamalalala are Rosso outlets, and don't sell petrol.........Don't fill your bikes there.........OK?
