There are many reasons that a girl may not provide certain services to a guy. It could be the girl felt that guy was not clean, objectionable in appearance......wrong chemistry. Even in high end luxury spa, like Flirt where you pay for a premium, some young girls, while very attractive in look and body, could be extremely restrictive. They would get naked but no touch at the bottom or kissing. What I want to say is, no absolute guarantee for whatever services you have in the room, no matter where you go.
