Question Starting a spa

Me and my friend are looking into starting up our own erotic spa somewhere in the Greater Toronto Area but lack some information in the field. We have a hefty amount that we can invest in it so that won't be an issue. Below I have some questions and concerns and general information we want to get before we fully get into this:

1. How would we go about recruiting girls to work for us? Seeing drugs are pretty rampant in this industry, we wanted to see if its viable to offer weed as an incentive to join us (since we own a couple dispensaries as well) along with other pay benefits.
2. We looked into a bunch of currently running places and compared their pricing. My current understanding is the spa itself keeps the door fee and the girl keeps whatever they make inside the room. If this is correct, what would be an ideal price to charge clients?
3. How do spa owners deal with pimps? We went over some scenarios and dealing with someone trying to pimp out girls that work for you seems like a headache to deal with.
4. Do these places keep in house security? This kind of ties in with the above question. These places are bound to have someone coming in who thinks they're top shit and force themselves on the girls or cause a scene and we want to be able to deal with this in the best way possible.
