A former Saskatoon massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting 12 female clients is set to be sentenced Monday after pleading guilty earlier this year to six counts of sexual assault.
Mark McMahon Donlevy, 50, pleaded guilty in January to sexually assaulting three women in 2009, one woman in 2015 and two more in 2016. The offences are related to his work as a massage therapist.
The Crown agreed to stay the six remaining sexual assault charges upon sentencing Monday โ the day Donlevy was originally scheduled to stand trial on 12 charges.

Donlevy was first charged in 2016 after two women reported he had touched them inappropriately in 2013 and 2016, during separate massage appointments at his home business, MD Muscle Therapy, in the 1200 block of Main Street East. The women came forward after reading online posts about similar alleged experiences, police said.
More allegations were made to police after the charges were announced, leading to Donlevy eventually being charged with 10 more counts of sexual assault. He was also charged with sexual assault against two other women outside of his massage therapy work.
He is currently serving a three-year sentence after being convicted in 2018 of raping a woman during their first date in 2004. He is appealing the conviction.
Donlevy remains before the court on his 14th sexual assault charge. Police said the charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place in 2012.
The complainant, a 48-year-old woman, filed a police report in December 2018, alleging Donlevy assaulted her after they met on a dating website six years ago.
