Semi Odd Question

Yeah ... I don't have a pic of myself but I look very young (Even though I am soon tobe 30 ...) I could play a teenager easily :embrassed Because of these I usually keep a mustache (but still get carded ...) WITH the mustache a BG once told me I look like Will Smith (Whatever ...) Even though I DON'T she seemed to dig it, so I have mixed feelings about the whole thing. I also have had some girls (non Bar Girl) say they dislike the mustache because it tickles their face. Should I 1) keep the mustache because it makes me look more mature (and thus increases my negotiating ability ...) OR 2) Lose the mustache because it might annoy some?

You are paying them to like you for what you have, not what you look like. I say stick with whatever is most comfortable to you.

I have asked this question directly to a few ladies, most say they like mustaches and goatees as long as they are trimmed and neat. Its all a matter of preference though, some ppl like it some don't.

Well, from the description you have given us, and the image I now have in my mind, I think you should grow your hair until it is HUGE. Then im sure you will look like Samuel L Jackson in Pulp Fiction. Then all you need is a wallet saying 'Bad Mutha Fcuka', which you can get in Patong.

I reckon if you do that, you will look ice cold, and for sure get all the good chicks

Mind you, if you dont wear the right clothes, you might end up looking like Jermaine Jackson, and that would be BAD !!


Jokes aside, I dont think it matters one bit. All that counts is if you have a minimum of 1,000 baht in your pocket.

Nothing wrong with the others advice, as long as we are talking about dealing with bg's...Now if your going outside of that ring then its a new game.

It is very much to each is own, but if you havent noticed thai guys are not known for their facial hair..so it makes sense that most don't care for it...now if your just going to monger the bg's then do as you wish, the customer is always right :thumbsup:

It's a well known fact that thai women are not keen on facial hair, The plus side of removing it is that you would be even more of a hansum man (in their eyes) and therefore more popular than you already are.

I really don't see how the moustache would affect your negotiaion skills, unless of course he's the 1 doing the talking for you. mg:

Hello everyone,

I'm 29 yrs old living in Orange County California and have been traveling to thailand 6 times in 2003- 2004, until my passport was revoked ! I'm so depressed ! Due to having a child with this latin girl back when I was in college and child support is past due ! I'm planning to retire in thailand one day, I used own my own business and had no problem with keeping up with child support and having financial freedom until late 2004 when business went belly up due to slow U.S economy and other reasons. My question is how can I get my passport back? I owe about $ 9,000 child support due and my kid is about 13 yrs old now. I have maybe 5 years left until child support is over I think, although some say if the child is going to college, I'm not off the hook until he's 21yrs old according to California state law. So is this mean I'm stuck / trap in the U.S until I pay off my child support past due? Right now business in U.S is pretty hard to run so I'm thinking of going back to school for 4 yrs to become RN ( registered nurse ) average income is about
$ 50,000 + a year and it is pretty easy to get jobs in that field. However it is not anywhere near what I used to make in my wholesale/ retail business that I had before, I earned about 200,000 to 500,000 a year before. But at least being a RN is secured with retirement pensions, the drawback is wasting another 4 years back in school . So i figured by the time I get my degree I will be 34yrs old and will work as an RN for another 15yrs before I retired at the age of 49yrs old in THAILAND! Of course with my savings of all those years and retirement checks I can invest and survive the rest of my life in enjoying all the fun in Thailand after. I wonder how much I would need per year in thailand to live? I'm talking about having FUN to the fullest! Drinking beer at bars and clubs/ getting laid everyday LOL I wonder how much would I spend per year doing so until my body can't take it anymore and die LOL. I figured about $ 100 per night x 30 days in a month ( give or take I might not go out the straight 30 days in a month = $3,000 x 12months = $ 36,000 a year of entertainment ...Is that enough or too much of partying and spending?

I sympathise with the lack of rights for fathers in USA and elsewhere. I also think that bringing a child into the world should be the choice of two people not one, and should one decide to act alone then they should be prepared to deal with the consequences without the support of the other(this would mainly be the mother as the father cannot force a woman to carry an unwanted child).

That said, I still think if I was the parent and from the description you have given of this woman I would be using every cent I had to fight for custody. Even if us law is slanted a woman with children from multiple fathers who is behaving like this would not win if it were in the best interest of the child to remove them. You also have a 13 year old and he is capable of giving input and according to US law, choosing where he wants to live.

Wow here's a guy from Orange County (where I'm from) yet I almost completely agree with Eurogirl.
Pay the money! Don't be a deadbeat dad no matter the circumstances.
Don't travel as you have more important things to do like child support to pay.

Go see a lawyer and find out if you have been paying what is right (maybe the judge screwed you) After that Pay the money then think of going to Thailand , not before.
