Ok. We get it. You had a bad customer service experience. And Rayne is habitually rude and incompetent. And Muse's owners are condoning all of this. And anyone who disagrees is a patsy or trying to score freebies. And the integrity of this whole board is now in question.

What will it take for you stop posting on this topic? Seriously. You've already had a detailed reply from the owners. And that wasn't enough. So, it's a fair question. We need to know if you intend to pursue this until Rayne quits or is fired?

If so, then this becomes a vendetta. And the mods must delete this thread.

So where do I begin? Before I start my rant I'd like to say that I like Muse, I'm a big fan of Emily and Riley who I've met a few days after the openhouse, and in the past week and a half I've been to Muse a few times and will continue to go there because I feel like it's a world class MP.

Now for my rant, I came to Muse for the first time during their openhouse, I called in and booked an appointment at 8 with Sasha beforehand because after reading some of the threads on here I knew it would be busy and without an appointment I wouldn't be able to see any girls. When I arrived at 8 I was greeted by Rayne, she was very unfriendly, bossy, and rude, she told me that things were running late and that I'd have to wait about 25 minutes because things were delayed. I figured, that's fine, I'll go for a smoke and come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back after 10 minutes and then asked her how much longer it would be, and she told me that I lost my place because she tried to find me but couldn't.

If a customer arrives on time and then the receptionist tells you that your appointment has been delayed by 25 minutes and then you come back after 10 minutes and you're told that you've lost your place, that's extremely unprofessional. I decided to wait for the next available girl/room after losing my scheduled appointment. I waited for another 20 minutes and in that time I saw Rayne being extremely rude towards the MPA's, bossing them around and giving them attitude, but more importantly, I saw her being rude to other customers. There was at least 5 guys who showed up for appointments and left (probably to never return again) because of Rayne's horrible attitude and demeanour in telling them that their appointment was delayed. She's definitely made Muse lose a lot of business just from the 20 minutes that I observed in the openhouse. After 20 minutes I just left without seeing anyone, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time.

Lastly, before I left, I placed my raffle ticket in the Durex Gift Bag bowl since there weren't many tickets in there, in case you're wondering, no I didn't win. It was at the end of the hall right near the room where the MPA's congregate. I heard a girl in there bashing some of the customers, describing their physical appearance in unflattering ways, and she even called one of the customers disgusting. I thought it was perhaps a disgruntled MPA, but I just walked past for a second and guess who was doing all the talking? It wasn't an MPA, it was none other then Rayne! Can you believe it? If anyone talks smack about customers and bashes their physical appearance and calls them disgusting you'd think it would be an MPA, but a receptionist? I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, or she was stressed because of the high traffic of customers on that day, or if it's because that's how she acts when her bosses Emily and Riley are not around. Whatever the case may be, she doesn't fit the image that Muse is trying to portray, and I'm sure she'll be disciplined appropriately by the owners.

However, I figured from all the positive reviews of Muse that Rayne is just a bad apple, and I shouldn't judge the whole MP based on her since the MPA's themselves were really nice to me during the openhouse, and I should give Muse another chance. Since the openhouse I've called and asked for help on who to choose, Lexy is extremely helpful and nice. When I get Rayne on the phone she's unhelpful and impatient, the contrast is clear. I now schedule my appointments based on when Rayne is not in. It's a shame, but it's necessary because as a customer I don't deserve to be treated in such a rude manner.

So far I've seen 3 MPA's at Muse , Juliette (super cute), Dalls (also super cute), and Carmen (super hot). I highly recommend all of them.

What fantasy makes you believe that the feelings receptionists, and mpas have about you will be any different at any other spa, this crusade is certainly worthy of a Monty Python skit.

I got the sense that she was extremely busy, and was *maybe* on the edge of being a bit stressed out during the open house, which was somewhat understandable given all the things she had to deal with (I think many other people would have been able to handle it at all). A bit of impatience is understandable in that context. Perhaps this means Muse should really consider splitting up the responsibilities given to their receptionists, especially during busy periods like the anniversary party.

Bashing customers.. well, I think that's inexcusable (I don't delude myself.. I'm sure it does happen - maybe quite a lot - but it shouldn't happen in earshot of customers).

I remember a year ago I posted a negative review about an agency. My review was blasted by people on massageplanet.net and it was a very deflating feeling. However once the agency contacted me, I continued the dealings with them directly via email and PM. I did not turn to personal attacks about other members and the agency. I think you should do the same.

I disagree the thread should be deleted. The Internet is s bastion of free speech and should be kept that way. Unless he is spewing hate speech or breaking forum rules ( which to my knowledge he is not ) the thread should remain open. The best thing to do is ignore the thread and move on

You've already been discredited, several massageplanet.net members in this thread have already spoken about how you actively seek freebies, this isn't the first time. Others have also pointed out how you have a history of being a muse white knight.

Thank you, I know that others have vested interests in certain agencies and mp's, and I've seen the wolfpack attack others trying to scare everyone into censorship before, but I'll continue to bring the truth and integrity to these boards so that other customers are aware of what really goes on behind their backs. I won't back down, and I hope others will do the same, it's time to bring honesty and truthfulness back, the customers have a right to know. That's the whole point of this forum.

Just to add - did you let her know that you'd be coming back? I'm sure a lot of guys, hearing of the delays, decided to just leave, so without telling her that you'd be back in 10-15, she had no way of knowing if you'd be back..

Bro, you will find there is a large number of members who keep silent. the reason being if you do bring up negative issues at all the mod's may censor your posts or even ban you. the boards are sponsored by these agencies and they have a say into what gets to be said. this board has changed and you can see there is less traffic and alot of users do not post due to the previous reasons.

I saw nothing wrong with your post and your comments. I use muse as well and find the receptionist to be slightly 'off' due to her behavior of criticizing other customers.

At this juncture in this post, I would just not respond to all the white knights such as Hoffy who always seem to defend any sp, agency or mp to try and get freebies.

I just did a quick count and 26 of your 53 posts to date are in this thread. None of the others are actual reviews of any MPAs.
The reason I say this statement is ironic is that this whole thread started because you were pissed about not getting your free door fee.

Call me what yo will, I've heard most of them before, but at least I review most of my sessions, whether they be at Muse or elsewhere.

I agree, and I won't let the white knights and Muse fanboy wolfpack prevail in their attempts to censor the truth. All of the facts have been layed out clearly, and for the 2000+ lurkers who've read this thread, I'm sure they'll be able to come to their own conclusions. I encourage everyone else who's afraid of the bashing at the hands of the white knights and fanboys who are trying to get free door fees and attempting to defend indefensible actions at the hands of Rayne to stand up and let your voice be heard, share your true experiences about Muse and Rayne. I've stood up to all of the fanboys and I'll continue to do so, let the truth be heard.

I wasn't familiar with the term "fanboy" until TheMechanic called me one. But I looked it up and can assure Mr. Mechanic I'm not a fanboy. I've only been to Muse three or four times. It's not even my favourite spa.

He also suggested I might be Rayne posting under an assumed name. You can search the archives and you'll find I do have previous postings. But you'll notice it's been maybe five or six years since I posted anything on this board.

So what made me react so vociferously to you? Perhaps I am a "white knight". I think that's a compliment, actually. I leapt to Rayne's defense simply because your criticism of her seemed unduly harsh and disproportionate. But the repetitiveness we've seen since your original critique (and some of the other broadsides you've hurled at those who dared criticize you) suggest a more pathological motivation on your part.

Frankly, you worry me Mr. Mechanic. Enough that I emerged from years of lurking to call you out as mean-spirited egomaniac using anonymity to pursue a vendetta against a clearly identifiable human being. Who did nothing more than screw up an appointment. Big fucking deal.

As for the alleged trash talk behind people's backs? I really don't get this one at all. If the women who see you naked were to bash you to the receptionist, I could understand some hurt feelings. But what's the point of a receptionist calling someone ugly to the very women who see the guy in his birthday suit. Can you imagine their reactions? "You think he's short, fat and bald? Wow, thanks for warning me. I'll definitely pay more attention next time he's here. Not sure how I didn't notice that myself!"

Dude, if you keep repeating the same complaint over and over again, the rest of us will continue to call you on it. It's got nothing to do with freebies or connections or fan-bullshit. It has everything to do with recognizing a guy who's a nuisance with personality traits that are red flags. This board isn't just about sharing complaints about SP's. It's also about warning SP's about bad clients.

Think about that before you post again.

I'm sure the girls talk about clients a lot, and probably not always in the most flattering of ways.. but this is not something that should be done when clients are within earshot. In this case, it sounds like Rayne realized her mistake and is genuinely remorseful for her actions, and so that should be the end of it, as far as I'm concerned.

As to the "fanboyism".. were you referring to me?

Agreed. I understand that she had a lot on her plate, but a capable and professional receptionist would be able to handle the pressure. Also, the single most important duty of a receptionist is to show courtesy and respect to customers, since she's the face of the MP. She doesn't seem to be cut out for the position.

As for the bashing of customers, I'm pretty sure MPA's bash customers, but a receptionist bashing customers on their physical appearance to the MPA's? That's just unexcusable, and she was talking very very loud too, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who heard her. As I was exiting Muse on the opposite end of the hall I could still hear her.
