I know that FS at places like Swan Lake are $.2 to $.4 not including the room fee.
How much is a nude HJ or BJ ?

And would they still give you that great rim job also not going FS?

yes, you can expect rim job w/o FS.

i've gotten that sort of service for about a buck with amy. can't speak for all or for amy for that matter. ask first, they will tell you. depending on how they like you: it could be more or it could be less. i've found that some prefer FS over BJ. and its not always about the money. some girls just don't blow (very well).

clothes as you may well know at SL do not necessarily come (all) off. but i have had a few sessions with may and helen where it does. i don't ask for it, it just happens (every now and again).
