Apparently new ownership, thats why the change in quality, likely also why Linda around less, guessing she is just helpline with transition. I think this is the end of an era.

Hope they change bylaws soon to widen the licensing laws so we get some new spas to step up - more competition will be a good thing for us guys..,

I heard recently, but i would assume its public knowledge that the spa license has changed hands, doubt hard to verify.

It was someone close to their lawyer that told me this, so its reliable intel.

Also public knowledge that the gta has been reviewing the cap of 25 on body rub licenses, i wonder if thats why existing owners are selling out now..

Well i think from recent posts its clearly dropping, i still think there are a few great girls there.

Yeh i dunno, i hope nothing much changes, but i think once old staff disappear, it will go downhill fast, getting decent flow of girls is key

it sounds like some weird shit went down with previous owner and he didn't have much choice in the matter, almost like his licences were not going to be renewed following some kind of review the city did of his spas.

I haven't noticed the level of service going down at Premier. In the over three years I have been going it seems more girls
performing fs on first session than when I started.
