If you're looking for non-asian, here are a few possibilities:

• EE spas - There are lots out there... I've personally been to Weston Spa and Aqua Blue. Or like Nova Aroma, as Cornjuggler mentioned.
• Alphacare - I'm pretty sure FS is pretty much assumed there, and goes for less than 240hh. I've only been there once, and the price was considerably less.
• There are probably other lower end places that I've never been to, but have never tried.

I agree that at 240hh, one begins to consider going to an SP for FS.
