Newbie from Toronto with basic questions

Hi all ... Stumbled on the forum quite unexpectedly but have been erotic massage curious for years so thought I'd take the opportunity to join up and ask questions. Mid-50s, fit guy, artist, married (to an EE), lots of hobbies, doing reasonably well in life. My first question is where the hell is the FAQ for this hobby? Seriously. Sure, I know what some of the slang and abbreviations that get tossed around here mean, I've read some of the discussions and detailed reviews, but where's the FAQ and/or etiquette guide for a new man jumping into this hobby?

Based on my avatar and chosen nom-de-plume you can assume (correctly) I'm into fit, slender erotic Asian women (as well as gorgeous Pakistani and Middle Eastern women, but that's a whole other "thing" of mine) ... "spinner types" as it were (A and B cups get me going). I'm not going full into the deep end ... probably looking more for sensuality, touching, teasing, and release ala a decent massage to start along with LFK/DFK/HJ/CBJ etc, and not ever FS, full contact, sliding or anything else. Places like Moon Dreams, Purple Sugar, Flirt (and others with these types of gals) have peaked my interest. But how to get started?

Okay, I go, maybe book an appointment/girl head of time, pay the room rate, then what? How does it all go down (ha!) as it were at that point? Is there an assumption that at minimum the basic fee for time will by default wind your time up with a HJ/HE, or how do you indicate that? How do you get the suggestion(s) happening from her end, when does that all happen? Should probably know this, but as one baseball coach once told me, everyone's gotta learn, so I'm asking here.
