No offense taken, I started at 220lbs and 6ft tall and have been slowly working on my weight!
I recently hit 160lbs and am very proud of my progress.
I do feel I need to put more effort into working out and less on controlling my meals so I am going to try switching things up to progress in a more strength related direction.

I recently hit 160lbs and am very proud of my progress.
