I have a couple of reviews, but forgot names of the spa. I can give location and somebody please tell me the name. I'll post the review then so that it can be a useful one.
The spa is in a complex in EBC road. When you turn right from Highway 7 to EBC road, after a block, it is on the right side corner complex. There is a Asian furniture shop I think in that complex. These two spas are on the back side of the complex. One spa is not as nice. The second spa has nice decor and very neat. The downside of this spa is it has common showers like in a gym. No doors to the shower cubicles, only curtains. They have lockers to keep your stuff. What is the name of these places? Routine goes like this. Pay the mamasan, go into the shower, the girl will be waiting on the other side of the shower room. The girl I saw in this spa is Snow. I think the address is 450 EBC (not sure though)
