When Denise Richards revealed on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that she took her husband, Aaron Phypers, to get a happy ending massage, the ladies were surprised, to put it mildly. After some follow-up questions, it came out that it was actually all Denise's idea — and that she herself has gotten one as well.
On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Denise explained how the idea for a happy ending massage came up for the couple.
"How it started was a friend of his was in town, got a massage, and that happened, and so that's also how we got on the subject of it," Denise said. "But then I was surprised [Aaron] had never had one, which might say what kind of men I've dated and married. It took a few places and so then we were like, 'Is there a code? Do you have to say something?' We weren't really sure. But it does happen."
However, Denise is aware that happy ending massages aren't every married couple's cup of tea.
"People are going to think I'm f--king nuts," she said. "Aaron and I have a very comfortable relationship; we love to have grown-up time. There's times we'll go to a strip bar together and I love it. We like to have fun."
As Denise put it: "I feel very comfortable and confident in my relationship with him and I just thought it would be fun for him."
