CUSTOMER SERVICE at Utopia is Terrible!

What's up with the customer service at Utopia? This is why I love going to Allure, HFH or IT. You just don't have to deal with this shit!! And I believe that it is all the owners fault........

I walk into Utopia the other day, and an oriental girl comes to the front desk. I already had an appointment booked. She asked me how long it was, and I said a half hour. She then asked me what kind of massage I was getting. I said "Nude reverse". I was trying out a new girl, and always go NR the first time. The girl at the desk then said "Oh, are you sure that you don't want to try the bodyslide? It's a really good massage". I said "no thanks, I'll go with the NR". She said "Are you sure?? OK...".

Then for the payment. This girl asked me how I was going to pay for the session. By asking me, I figured I would have a choice, NO? I told her I was going to use "Interac". AS soon as I said this, she said "Oh, would you mind using the ATM and just pay cash"? I knew that the ATM in Utopia has a $5.00 service charge, so I said "Oh, I can't pay by Interac"? She said "Well, it's just better for the girl if you pay by cash". I said "OK, well as long as there isn't a big service charge on the ATM". She said "Oh, I'm not sure how much it is....probably a dollar". So, in the end, I end up paying $85.00 for the massage, because the stupid ATM has a $5.00 SC. I'm not tight with my money...it was just the whole principle of it all. What's happening is that when clients pay by credit card or interac, the ladies are waiting weeks to receive the money from the owner.

I don't know......at places like Allure, you just don't have to put up with this crap. At Utopia, the girls are trying to force you to get a bodyslide, and then on top of that, they want cash up front, because they know damn well they won't get paid for a few weeks if payment is by Interac or credit card. The owner should really do something about this problem........because I hate it!!!

Isn't worth it......she cuts the time off like crazy. I was there for 28 minutes, and this included showering before and after the massage, as well as getting dressed at the end! She massages you for about 5 minutes (if you're lucky), and then asks you if you would like to massage her (5 min maybe) and then a quick, quick, release.......not worth the money at all. Her bodyslide has to be the worst I've ever had.......just fake dirty talk...that's about it.

Nikki

This girl is hot hot......very nice rack (natural) and great hands. She is also rushed a bit....not as much as Jamie....but she hasn't learned the art of the whole massage experience. She will massage for about 10 minutes (good conversation too), and then she will ask if you would like to flip over right away, without doing a reverse on her. The release was good, but if you take too long, she will say that you are almost out of time.......what better way to turn a client on than to say that, eh!!! Geeze.....anyway, hot girl......a decent massage.....

This girl is great!! A very nice massage......makes the muscles feel great......a good 10-12 min massage, and then you get to massage her back for 7-8 min or so.....then the finish....wow. Monica has the best hands at Utopia......a nice soft touch that drives me crazy.......great body and great looks. She is also never rushed......I've been there for 45 minutes (including showering etc) before, and there has never been a problem. Monica is getting a new boob job done the middle of April. Should come back in May even more stacked and slim!!

Saw Monique at the desk last week......looks sexy....huge rack, and nice hands (french manicured nails)......I'll probably try her next.........

Simple soloution Deedles, make sure you have the cash on hand before you go to the MP. In all my travels the only places I use my debit card is at the atm's and the grocery store (so I get points).

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I would appreciate it if in the future you would call Utopia immediately and ask to speak to the manager and report any mishaps. I will be dealing with Kim when I see her next. Just so you are aware we offer four types of payments.....Cash, Debit, Credit Card, and ATM. Of course the ladies would prefer cash (so keep this in mind) but when the client pays using debit or credit the ladies get their money the next time they work. And of course it is the clients choice how they pay for their session. Thanks so much, and if you PM me I can arrange for compensation.

I posted a review a while back and also complained about the old "It's an extra $10 if you want to use Interac"scam. She claimed the owner didn't want to lose money so he told the girls to pass the charge on to the customers. You'd have to be pretty stupid to even try that line.
I then had a horrible massage by Chelsea and I haven't been back since.
Hey, some peole figure any way to make extra money is a good way, even if it means nickle and diming us dumb stiffs.

I find that Utopia has almost fallen apart in the last year..
They went form a great spa to poor on so quickly. I started noticing it last summer and now I don't even go there anymore and it's to bad realy, I was my favoite.
Anyway...I wish then the best and hope they bounce back!!!!

I can understand what you are saying with Nikki.....I think that she can be cold towards her clients, like you say (Ice Queen). We just happen to have a great conversation the time I saw her.....I had read the reviews about her, but was impressed that we actually got along as well as we did.......the massage was a little rushed, but not bad.....I would have to say that I would repeat at this point, unless the sessions got worse.......I just wish she didn't rush things...it wrecks the massage.

Jamie.......she just doesn't do it for me. The last session I had with her, she came into the room when I was still in the shower at the beginning of the massage!! Right then and there I knew she was in a hurry......she massaged me for a total of 4 minutes on my back!!! That's it!! Then she said "Would you like to massage me?"....I agreed....but the whole thing was so rushed....I was finished the massage, showered up, dressed and sent out the door in 28 minutes flat!!! Quickest massage I have ever had....and the actual massage part of it only lasted about 14 minutes!! The first time I had her, I asked Jamie if she realized how short the massage had been. She told me that she never looks at the clock....yeah right. Oh and also she is a smoker.... when you get the bodyslide, she breathes in your ear, and man, could I ever smell that raw smokers breath that was covered up by a breath mint......gross!!

Not to sound all negative....I have had some AMAZING sessions at Utopia as well.....Monica, Cindyand Shay (when she used to work there) were all amazing!!

I applaud Nick for coming onto the board and speaking up for Utopia......it is a good MP....they have done some renovating, and the rooms are very nice and clean........as soon as the girls are trained not to rush things, and to give the client a complete massage experience (like Monica does), then they will be great!!!

hey deedles -seems like you got the best out of Monica. The time that I had her, she was pleasant, but very mechanical. And she was a clock watcher, like the rest of the them at Utopia (see Tiffany comments). Just a thought, but if Monica makes hers any bigger, how the hell is she going to stand up. The times that I've seen her, I've almost wanted to decline the massage and just take her out for a hamburger or something - way too thin - girls got eat. Ummmm, hamburgersss....awww..(drool)

Instead of giving deedles his 5 dollars back, why don't you use it to buy a clue and upgrade your spa??

Well here is how I have seen things. I used to go to Utopia all the time when Paige was there. Sadly she is not there and I have yet to go see her at IT.

Now I had a problem with Utopia back in 2002. I decided one day to give it another shot. I went to see Cindy. Cindy restored my faith in this place. Cindy has to be one of the best MPAs in the business. I know thats alot to say but the attitude on this girl is just amazing. Utopia nees to be applauded for this girl.

It all comes down to doing your research. Look at the reviews of a place before you go. Check out the websites of the various MPs in the GTA. I know some people have taken one for the team and to those people we owe a big thank you.

If you have been to Utopia and had a bad experience check out when Cindy is working, go see her and you will forget all the bad things that have happened before.

Thanks for letting me read the post about Nikki on the other website. I can definitely see how she could do this to people. I had read a few reviews before going in to see her.....was actually disappointed reading them, because after seeing her at the spa, I was jacked to go and see her, but thought that I better check things out here first......when I read a few negative reviews about her attitude, I had to make a decision.

Maybe my massage didn't seem as bad because I only got a Nude Reverse. This way, my expectations weren't too high. Nikki massaged me for about 10-14 minutes on my back, and the conversation was great......we ended up having a lot in common, maybe that was why things were OK.

I started to get the feeling that things were going to turn sour when Nikki asked if I wanted to flip over without massaging her. I had never done this before during a Nude Reverse. I actually suggested to her that I would give her a massage for a while. She said "Oh, Ok". I only massaged her on her back, but she liked it......she even said...."that feels great etc".

When I got back on the table, she even massaged my front for a little while (which I like before starting the release). When the release started, it was very nice.......it was just near the end, when she said "We're almost out of time".....that kind of turned me off.....but I have always been one to take a little longer to finish.......

So who knows why my massage wasn't terrible with her. All I know is that she is smokin' hot. She has one of the firmest, natural racks......mmmmm very nice. At this point, I would have to say that I'll repeat, but likely on NR just to be safe.......I hope she improves things though....she could make a tonne of dough if her attitude shaped up.

Oh, and just to add to Worthit's comments.....he is totally right about Cindy.....she is amazing! She gives an incredible massage, is very polite and professional. She doesn't rush one bit, and gives a great release. She even gives you a little dirty talk too.

Cindy has an incredible body. Long, dark hair, tiny waist and a HUGE rack.......great boob job on this girl...they almost feel natural. Cindy is definitely a frachise player right now at Utopia.

I agree with the comments about customer service. Trying to call the place is a nightmare, and God help you if you want to speak to the lady. The person answeing the phone, especially lately is curt bordering on rude.

As for Jamie, I've been a regular of hers for 6 months or more and have had nothing but great times with her. In fact it's rare we don't run slightly over time.

I had a session with Jamie last month. It lasted less than 20 minutes, including shower time. Not that I couldn't hold my "shot", she was rushing throughout the session. With her sttitude, I just wanted to get it over with. Never went back since then. Nick would have to give me good reason to convince me that they deserve a second chance.
