Review Cecelia at Bellagio Wellness

Cecelia you're breaking my heart, haha.
Would always sing or hum this years ago when she was at Yonge centre as Suki.
Well, I made an appointment to see her over in Richmond Hill, much better location than in Aurora.
When I saw her I was humming that tune, an old Simon & Garfunkel song and she laughed, jumped up on me.
As I remembered, always in a great mood, giggly with excellent English, was a great draw for the spa.
Not necessarily a mileage thing, it's just her and am assuming with anybody, so be nice to this girl.
Probably in her mid 20's now and just doing this as a side hustle, though there almost every day.
She has a decent massage, wonderful tease and release but OTC touching which always suited me fine but gave her 50 tip anyways.
As I said, be nice and have a great time with Cecelia.

SL had a tougher start, not many knew Renee yet but many here know Lucy. However, can Lucy one person turns around the battle just by herself. We have to see.

was Doing a few errands today and stopped by a few spas. Was disappointed twice at 2 north of Steeles spas! Go figure… but still soldiered on over to bellagio just cuz the girl who answered the phone spoke English well enough. No more no English CSR reps as I specifically and adamantly told and saw the line up, in 2 other spas, who I wanted! for dam sake, they sent in another girl.. I walked and see you later type thing!

Guess I should have had more clarity on OTC (over the clothes only) but did not think I had to. Cece has been reviewed a few times on MP as Suki.
I would say more fun for the guy that doesn't wish to put out $120 or even 100 for a relaxing massage with someone young cute good English and a sense of humour in a spotless, new spa.

Don't know about that, she hasn't changed in 3 years on extras. I have been able to reach over and cup a nice firm fleshy boob, just watch her face while trying. You will be able to tell if she is okay with it and if you succeed, toss her an extra fin or 2.

I've found it hard crossing finish line with no nudity, not under clothes touching AND a friggn mask... I end up closing my eyes & pretnding 2b somewhere else... and that just seems stupid, might as well stay home & do that!

Cece is a rock for Bellagio. She will give a decent massage, tease and finish, not much else. Would imagine her good English and a sense of humour keeps them coming.

Not a bad idea, I should have tried that today with her.
Her massage is really getting up there in the relaxation department building up those muscles again.
Plus gave some pointers as to what guys like since she is HE only.

Met Cecelia on Saturday, she is cuter'n all git out. Lucy not there but boss lady was. Congratulated her on her new place, very welcomin. She din have to but talked me into goin a spell with Cecelia. Just as OP was sayin, good massage, restrictive but fun. Geesh, how many in this plaza now. Like the north side cause unless people watching from balcony, very discreet.
