Can I enlist for Singapore Armed Forces being an Australia national born in

Singapore and I am 17? Can I enlist for Singapore Armed Forces being an Australia national born in Singapore and I am 17?
I am 17 years old Studying in Dunedin, New Zealand. I was born and raised in Singapore, therefore I had a Singapore PR. My passport was Malaysian. at 9 years old, I moved to Australia for 5 years, then back to Singapore for 3 years. In my time in Australia, I took up the Australian citizenship and dropped my Malaysian passport. I still had a Singapore PR, but it was dropped aswell.

Being born in singapore, do you think I can appeal to the Singapore Military to give me my Permanent Residence back and serve the 2 years in Army? '

I am also wondering if I can enlist by 2011 or 2012. My birthday is November 25 1993.

If you don't already have citizenship from a parent, you need to get your PR.
