Good call. I find if there is only one MPA working, she'll be picking up every telephone call and going to answer the door whenever someone comes in. I've had 60 minutes sessions turn into about 40 minutes sessions, with no discount/refund.

Thanks to the honest review from 69suds, I never went. A spa without a receptionist is pure shit, and only 1 MPA, means constantly interrupted sessions.

They may start offering better service, so their first time clients become regulars. I have forgotten the number of spas and clinics I've been to ONCE over the years, never to return because of lousy service, price gouging, unhygienic conditions, no adequate shower facilities, interrupted sessions, poor technique, unpleasant MPA, double booking, uncomfortable tables, unpleasant odors, paper thin walls between rooms, lying about my MPA being in and then admitting she's gone once I arrive...

It's not they difficult, decent MPAs, decent service, decent price. That's how to get regulars.

The most difficult thing is finding a good location.
