5. shower functionality = 3/10 (two times shower was not working. make sure, before starting your session, try to take a shower! )

I would suggest that if you are somewhat of a regular for Renee, to get either her private number or I believe they
have a second spa number in which she carries another phone. When busy, others answer and she may not get the message immediately.
